Our team is a passionate group of driven wine industry professionals, motivated by both our intrigue in wine and our desire to connect with interesting people.

22 years ago, Orangewood began distributing wines in the state of Arizona, built upon the foundation of great people and great wines.  In October 2022, Orangewood came under the ownership of Copa Fina Wine Imports. Copa Fina is an importer and distributor of family-made wines from around the world, and has been a supplier in the state of Arizona (to Orangewood!) for over a decade.

With our new ownership comes a new trajectory, which involves heavy investment in the growth of both our portfolio and our team.  We work hard, and with integrity.  We are proudly a woman owned and operated company, bringing both diversity and a fresh perspective to Arizona’s wine industry. We are now operating as COPA FINA AZ, to provide unity in our vision, passion and drive across both California, Arizona, and beyond.

We pride ourselves on our ability to source delicious, thoughtful, ecologically responsible wines from farmers and winemakers with deep historical ties to their regions. With these winemakers, we develop authentic, familial-like relationships to strengthen our connection and ability to link the winery and our clients here at home.

Finding great wines is only half the battle - as distributors, we always strive for best-in-class customer service for our clients so they can operate their wine programs with ease and integrity. We achieve this through proactive communication, incredible organization, and a collaborative approach to our customer relationships.

Our diverse portfolio highlights: 

• grower-producers, making wine in their own style, and in ways respectful of the environment, with a strong and growing selection of natural or otherwise consciously produced wines

• a balance of signature staples that punch above their weight (like Dry Creek Zinfandel, Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, Argentine Malbec, Spanish Tempranillo), and a selection of forward-thinking wines that are unique and special (like Chilean País, Uruguayan Tannat, Slovenian Orange, Italian Cortese)
